We recently sold our house in Rancho Palos Verdes using Pam Lieb as our Realtor. Pam began
working with us several months before we were ready to put our house on the market to help
get our house ready for sale. She spent a substantial amount of time preparing reports on sales
histories and comparables in the area and giving us suggestions for improvements we could do
to help us reach our expected sales price. She was also invaluable in providing names of very
reliable workers to assist us with needed improvements and repairs. Pam also spent substantial
amounts of her time and funds to show and advertise the property, including hiring her own
photographer, and she produced a beautiful visual tour for the internet. In a very tough market,
Pam sold our house after being on the market for only 40 days, and obtained the exact price we
had hoped for. Pam was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, and became
a good friend as a result of our relationship. I cannot imagine that anyone could have worked
harder to market and sell our house, and I would not consider anyone other than Pam to represent
